This challenge, given to me by my soon to be published author, Bonnie Budd, couldn’t have come at a better time. It’s a seven day challenge with three positive things in your life per day. I’ve seen this challenge on Facebook and I love it so much. It is so refreshing to see all of my friends make efforts to make healthier choices for themselves and their minds.
OK, I’m going to start my seven day positive challenge now!
1. I am very happy for my family and friends. They make my day full. I feel needed, accepted, loved unconditionally and fulfilled. I feel grateful because I know not everyone has this fulfillment at this time in their lives.
2. Everyone has something they love that brings them joy. I am thankful for music. Without it, I would not have the joy of life that I have. Through dance, musical theater, songwriting and performing, I have learned so much about myself and have connected with so many people.
3. I am thankful for my health. Without health, life is more difficult. I know people who are struggling with their health right now. I am also committed to taking care of myself by exercising and eating healthy. I realize that my body and my health is important and if I don’t take care of myself, I won’t be able to take care of others.
